As you might know by now, this July, VUX World and labworks.io, are organising the world’s first Conversation Design Conference.

The world has changed a lot since we started planning the VUX World podcast in mid-2017, almost 6 years ago.

Back then, it was all about Facebook Messenger bots. Then, it became all about voice assistants. Then, Covid made everybody realise that this technology can be deployed in the contact centre in enterprise.

Today, we have a fledgling community of large language models and generative AI designers and developers and together, we continue to shape the future of human-computer interaction.

This is the purpose of Unparsed 2024: to help practitioners, designers, and developers implement world-changing NLP-based conversational solutions for both businesses and consumers and to do it with empathy, responsibility and user experience front-and-centre.
